He came to Japan in 1993 and played at numerous clubs. He also has experience as a model. "I've released records under the alias 'Mad Funky Acid Disco, Motherfucker (laughs).”

DANIEL BABU BROWN: nutiritionist
Born in Jamaica and raised in Brooklyn, he came to Japan in 1990 and produced reggae events at Yellow in Nishi-Azabu, and also provided natural therapy counselling. "I never thought I'd be modelling for Benetton in Tokyo (laughs)."

YUI KAWAGUCHI: stage actress
She is from Ongakuza, a company known for its musicals, and has recently been releasing CDs independently, engaging in musical activities as well. I've been told I can dance freely, so that's what I intend to do."

TIMOTHY H. MACLEAN: therapist
An American living in Izu, where he continues to work as a therapist. "I heal people there. It's like a healing guesthouse (laughs), and although it's my first time modelling, it's fun." His books include "Psychotherapy and Meditation"

TAKASHI KUMAGAI: stylist
A rising young stylist who works with men's fashion magazines like "smart" and with celebrities like Tadanobu Asano. He's known for his dreadlocks. "Am I nervous? Not at all. I'm just walking around (laughs)."

DAISUKE NAKAMURA: professional surfer
He's a pioneer in the Japanese surf scene, now in his 13th year as a professional. "I've been in a few shows before, but this is the first time I've been in something this serious."

YUKARIO: model
"Actually, my very first job as a model was shooting a Benetton advertisement for Tuscany. So, it feels like fate that I'm here in this show today."

GAKU: model
GAKU, a notable androgynous male model who is active in fashion magazines both in Japan and abroad, continues to be androgynous. "I used to enjoy working with women's fashion, but lately I've been feeling differently."

AWA:model
"Do you know Senegal? Yes, Youssou N’Dour is a world-renowned singer from my country. "Gal also had lots of Benetton clothes, and she wore them often."

SYO KASAI: healer
“Healing is about improving the flow of energy and healing yourself. When I meet someone, I can immediately tell what's wrong with them. I came here this time through Mookie's introduction."

CASSIO MOCAMBIRA: photographer
"My job isn't modelling, it's taking pictures. I wonder what kind of expression I'll be photographed with today (laughs)”. Born in Brazil, he is active in Tokyo, appearing in magazines and other publications. "But the waiting time at shows is long."

KAE UENO: patissierere
She's a former flight attendant. She was scouted while working at a confectionery shop in Daikanyama and is now appearing in this magazine. "This is my first time modelling," she says. Her dream is to one day own a confectionery shop in New York
